No bake cheesecake pots

I love the New York cheesecake, is the ultimate comfortfood. It's compact, thick and moist. The only problem I have with it is that it takes a pretty long time to make and then I'm stuck with an entire cake I'm not going to be able to eat by myself.

The pots are so easy to make and you can easily make 1 portion. It's not the same of course, the cheese is thinner than a cheesecake but flavourwise it's awesome.

You can choose to let this sit in the fridge for a bit for a thicker cheese mix, but you can also just eat them immediately. Just be aware that the cream is more fluid.

  • 4 digestive biscuits
  • 10 strawberries, sliced
  • 100 grams cream cheese, natural
  • 40 grams creme fraiche
  • 60 grams heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  • Whip up the heavy cream with the sugar until stiff, then add the cream cheese and creme fraiche. Mix until blended.
  • Get a bowl of a glass, crumble a cookie in the bottom, pour in some cream, then strawberries and repeat. Do the same for the second portion.
  • Either let sit in the fridge to stiffen up or eat immediately.
