Spicy udon noodles with shrimp
This recipe is so ridicilously easy and quick. Noodles are always a good solution for an easy dinner.
Udon noodles
You don't have to use udon noodles, you can get any kind you prefer really.
Chili oil
I added loads of chili oil at the end, I love it, I have a recipe over here but you can always just get some from the oriental supermarket.
Caramalized cabbage
What adds loads of flavour to this recipe is the caramalized cabbage. Take your time for this, I let the cabbage caramalize while cooking the noodles.
