Necessities
- glass jar
Ingredients
- 2 red onions, sliced thinly in half rings
- 250 ml boiling water
- 120 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Mix the boiling water with the sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar has evaporated, then add the vinegar.
- Put the onion in a glass jar and pour over the vinegar mixture.
- Let it cool off completely before eating, store in the fridge.
